This is the last Newsletter for 2020 and today is also the first day of the Summer Season in the Southern Hemisphere in Australia.. For all of you in the Northern Hemisphere you will probably have a White Christmas with snow whilst we have sun..
Isn't Nature just Amazing !! If you are feeling stressed about anything at all, just STOP right now, get off the phone or computer and take yourself outside... Look around at the trees and flowers, or the sand and sea, or sit with your animals or birds that visit.. Now take in at least Three Deep breaths and STOP your mind and body, bring in relaxation and center yourself... Go within yourself and just be grateful to be alive and enjoy what nature is providing for you right NOW....
