Further suggestions as to how to heal yourself with Meditation, Aromatherapy with Essential Oils and Chakra Clearing with Massage are offered.

I hold a Doctorate /Ph.D. specialising in Holistic Life Counseling from University of Sedona and a Masters Degree in Metaphysical Sciences with the University of Metaphysics also in Sedona U.S.A. and love my Healing and Spiritual work which gives many people the courage they need to resolve issues and problems that cover many aspects of their lives. I am also an Ordained Metaphysical Minister with the I.M.M. (International Metaphysical Ministry) and love to introduce Spirituality in all its forms to those who question and desire to learn.

MEDITATION and helping people go within comes naturally to me, and training people to connect their inner self with Spirit and the Universal Mind is a Major part of my work as a HEALER and METAPHYSICAL MASTER ...

As a REIKI MASTER I teach courses on REIKI I - II to MASTER levels for students who wish to learn and practice.

As a WORKSHOP FACILITATOR and TEACHER of METAPHYSICAL SUBJECTS, I love to teach in depth about TAROT in its various mystical forms and allow students to enrich their lives through deeper understanding of the mysteries that lie within, so they can go forward and assist others through this medium also.

As a TOUR OPERATOR, I am currently putting together SPIRITUAL JOURNEYS to EGYPT and BALI, Indonesia in future... Visiting Spiritual Sites and Temples is always the main theme of my tours and very importantly having LOTS OF FUN !!

AUGUST 2021 AURANA Newsletter

AUGUST 1st.2021... Welcome to the last month of Winter in the Southern Hemisphere... If you live in the Northern part of our planet you have your last month of Summer... Enjoy the last few weeks of the seasons... Nature gives us gifts during each season, different foods, fruits and flowers to relish, feed and nourish us with ... ENJOY them all ! Around the planet we are all feeling the effects of the Covid Virus in one way or another and many have been effected badly ... Wherever you are, go within and take time for your INNER-SELF ... This includes making time for MEDITATION each day to go within and clear your Chakras and re-charge your energies ... If you have never meditated formally before, just sit quietly and practice silent introspection ... It will bring you Peace and Calm through stressful times. If you are feeling particularly stressed come and see me for a Healing and Meditation Session to re-arrange your energies to find peace again... August is the month to claim two birthstones Peridot and Spinel.. Peridot, with it's signature lime green color, is believed to instill power and influence in the wearer. It is an ancient, cosmic birthstone that has been found in volcanic lava in Hawaii and in meteorites that have fallen to Earth. The Egyptians called peridot the “gem of the Sun” and believed it had special healing powers. Spinel, the name, comes from the Latin word spina, which means thorn, in reference to the shape of spinel crystals and comes in a wealth of colors: intense red, vibrant pink, orange, purple, violet, blue and bluish green. JULY 2021 AURANA Newsletter

Hi Everyone, Welcome to July, for many, the beginning of the Financial Year.. Time to square up and plan to move forward... Moving forward with Positive Thinking is so essential in these times we are currently living through with COVID restrictions happening internationally and affecting everyone in one way or other. Avoid overthinking, and if feeling down or depressed I am always available for consultations to assist you get through. Best wishes for all July birthdays, may you have great days and may you have many happy returns... The Crystal for JULY is RUBY, a beautiful stone and very apt for these times ... Ruby, has long been accorded the high position in the order of gems by the ancient Hindus. It was christened the ‘King of Gems’, a tribute to its blood-red intensity, believed to protect the wearer from evil. It also signifies love and intense passion. Apart from the ancient Hindus, tribes in other parts of the world were also intrigued by this stone, and its deep red color was identified with war and victory. Attributes of the Ruby are harmony, contentment, integrity, strength, and protection from Evil and success. Blessings for this month ~ Aurana ~
