AUGUST 1st.2021... Welcome to the last month of Winter in the Southern Hemisphere... If you live in the Northern part of our planet you have your last month of Summer... Enjoy the last few weeks of the seasons... Nature gives us gifts during each season, different foods, fruits and flowers to relish, feed and nourish us with ... ENJOY them all ! Around the planet we are all feeling the effects of the Covid Virus in one way or another and many have been effected badly ... Wherever you are, go within and take time for your INNER-SELF ... This includes making time for MEDITATION each day to go within and clear your Chakras and re-charge your energies ... If you have never meditated formally before, just sit quietly and practice silent introspection ... It will bring you Peace and Calm through stressful times. August is the month to claim two birthstones Peridot and Spinel.. Peridot, with it's signature lime green color, is believed to instill power and influence in the wearer. It is an ancient, cosmic birthstone that has been found in volcanic lava in Hawaii and in meteorites that have fallen to Earth. The Egyptians called peridot the “gem of the Sun” and believed it had special healing powers. Spinel, the name, comes from the Latin word spina, which means thorn, in reference to the shape of spinel crystals and comes in a wealth of colors: intense red, vibrant pink, orange, purple, violet, blue and bluish green.
